We work with people who have a variety of issues such as, childhood and/or adult trauma, abuse, grief & bereavement, anxiety, substance use, addiction, depression and despair, sexual diversity including gender-related and sexual issues, coming out, relationship change or distress, post partum depression, disordered eating, and body image.

All our clinicians are registered with a professional and/or regulating association and certified in their disciplines working with individuals, family, and groups. We are trained in many models and approaches and together with you decide on what will work best for you to achieve the results and goals you are looking for.
